Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

At CADShirts, we’re committed to providing high-quality, Made-to-Order apparel and a transparent shopping experience. Because every product is created specifically for your order, there is only a limited window during which changes or cancellations can be made before production begins.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always make every reasonable effort to assist you whenever your order has not yet Entered Production.

Order Journey

Understanding where your order is in this process helps determine whether changes or cancellations are still possible.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

If your order has not yet Entered Production, we’ll make every reasonable effort to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once your order has Entered Production, it is being manufactured specifically for you and can no longer be cancelled.

Changing an Order

If your order has not yet Entered Production, we can usually assist with changes such as:

Product
Size
Color
Quantity

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once your order has Entered Production, changes to the product itself are no longer possible.

Updating Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

We’ll make every reasonable effort to update your shipping address before your order has been Prepared for Shipment.

Once your order has been Handed Over to the Shipping Carrier, shipping address changes are no longer guaranteed.

To help avoid delivery issues, please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us immediately.

If the duplicate order has not yet Entered Production, we’ll make every reasonable effort to cancel the additional order and issue a full refund.

Once the duplicate order has Entered Production, it can no longer be cancelled because each item is manufactured specifically for the order received.

We understand that mistakes sometimes happen during online shopping.

Whenever possible, we’ll make every reasonable effort to assist with order changes or cancellations before your order Enters Production. Once production has started, our ability to make changes becomes extremely limited because your product is already being manufactured specifically for you.
