Product Information & Quality Standards

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processes. The most current version will always be posted on this page.

At CADShirts, we’re committed to providing high-quality, Made-to-Order apparel and a transparent shopping experience. Every product is created specifically for your order, professionally printed, carefully inspected, and securely packaged before shipment.

Because each item is individually produced rather than selected from warehouse inventory, Natural Variations are an expected part of professional garment manufacturing and printing. These variations do not affect the quality, durability, or intended performance of your product.

The information below explains what you can expect from your CADShirts apparel.

Designed with Care

Every CADShirts design is created with attention to detail and produced using professional Made-to-Order manufacturing processes.

Although we maintain high quality standards throughout production, every garment is individually manufactured and printed. As a result, slight differences between products are a normal characteristic of custom apparel.

Our goal is to deliver products that meet professional quality standards while remaining transparent about the natural characteristics of the manufacturing process.

Product Images & Mockups

The images displayed on our website are digital mockups intended to illustrate the design, garment color, and overall appearance of each product.

Actual products may vary slightly from the images shown, including:

  • Print placement
  • Garment color
  • Fabric texture
  • Appearance under different lighting conditions

These Natural Variations are expected and are not considered Manufacturing Defects.

Color Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.

However, the appearance of colors may vary due to factors such as:

  • Computer monitor settings
  • Mobile device displays
  • Screen brightness and calibration
  • Ambient lighting
  • Garment dye lots
  • Professional printing processes

Because of these factors, an exact color match between your screen and the finished product cannot be guaranteed.

Each garment is professionally printed and individually inspected before shipment.

Small differences in print placement are a normal characteristic of the printing process and do not affect the appearance, durability, or functionality of the product.

These Natural Variations are not considered Manufacturing Defects.

Garment Measurements

Every product page includes a manufacturer-specific size chart to help you choose the most appropriate size.

Because garments are individually manufactured and sewn, slight measurement differences are normal.

A manufacturing tolerance of approximately ±1 inch (±2.5 cm) is considered standard within the apparel industry.

These Natural Variations are not considered Manufacturing Defects.

For additional sizing guidance, please refer to Finding Your Perfect Fit (Size Guide & Fit Information).

Fabric & Garment Characteristics

CADShirts offers multiple garment styles from different manufacturers.

Each garment has its own unique characteristics, including:

  • Fabric weight
  • Material composition
  • Texture
  • Fit
  • Stretch
  • Overall feel

For example, a lightweight premium T-shirt will naturally feel different from a heavyweight fleece hoodie.

These differences are normal product characteristics and are not considered Manufacturing Defects.

The appearance and feel of a printed design may vary depending on:

  • Garment type
  • Fabric composition
  • Fabric color
  • Printing process

Some garments may have a softer print feel, while others may have a slightly more textured finish.

These Natural Variations do not affect the durability or quality of the printed design.

Natural Variations

Because every CADShirts product is Made-to-Order, you may occasionally notice small differences such as:

  • Slight variations in print placement
  • Minor measurement differences within normal manufacturing tolerances
  • Slight differences in garment color between production batches
  • Minor variations in fabric texture
  • Slight differences in print appearance across different garment types

These are normal characteristics of professional apparel manufacturing and printing and are not considered Manufacturing Defects.
